Ultrasonic Gel

Anyone who uses ultrasound must also employ a coupling medium to be able to absorb the sound waves. A special ultrasound gel is needed to transmit these waves to the various layers of the skin. SkinDream Ultrasonic Gel has been specially developed for use with the SkinDream^® TITANIUM. Aside from serving as a coupling medium for the sound waves, the gel also contains a high concentration of moisturizing ingredients and Aloe Vera. These protect the skin against dehydration – leaving it soft, supple and pleasantly refreshed. SkinDream^® Ultrasonic Gel contains no mineral oil and is dermatologically tested.

Cosmetic ultrasound treatments are a new and innovative method for providing the skin with active ingredients. Improved circulation lends the skin a fresh, radiant complexion.
So that the ultrasound waves can be transmitted to the skin, there must be a barrier of moisture between the sonic head and the skin. Ideally, one uses a gel that has been enriched with additional active ingredients. As the gel slowly absorbs into the skin, the ingredients are transported to where their action is most effective.

PhytoGel is an ideal contact gel for ultrasound, and is also a valuable concentrate of active ingredients. While free of artificial perfumes and preservatives, it keeps for a long time and has a wonderful orange fragrance.

What do phytohormones do for human skin?

With increasing age, the human body undergoes certain shifts in the balance of hormones. Above all, low estrogen levels lead to slower cell division, reduced collagen formation and thinner skin. The skin loses its elasticity, the fat content decreases and skin aging is accelerated. Phytohormones are naturally occurring plant molecules that can serve the human metabolism as precursors for generating its own hormones.
The plant complex used in PhytoGel is obtained from soybeans and the roots of the wild yam. Highly compatible with the skin, it has excellent bioavailability, meaning it is optimally absorbed up by the skin. When used regularly, results include improved skin elasticity, improved moisture retention and a smoother skin surface.

Enzyme Ampoule – for activating the skin

The best skin care product will do nothing for your skin if the active ingredients cannot penetrate down into it. To make sure they can, it is necessary to remove the layer of dead skin cells on the surface of the skin. This is best done gently and effectively using an enzymatic peel. Instead of aggravating the skin with hard, abrasive particles, this process softens the dead cells with enzymes, thus reducing the corneal layer. The active ingredient Keratoline guarantees gentle peeling without irritating the skin. This is not an acid, which means it can also be used on sensitive skin. It remains on the skin and continues to have an effect long after the ultrasound. Already after the first two days of treatment, the skin feels gentle and the appearance is truly refined. Unlike granular peeling, enzyme peeling has the advantage that it does not aggravate the skin.

Elastin Ampoule – for tighter skin and better moisture retention.

As the aging process continues, the skin loses resilience and moisture. Small wrinkles become visible and contours slacken. The signs of age give us particular trouble around the eyes and mouth. It is important to provide the skin with plenty of moisture, to restore its youthful radiance.
Among other things, the elastin ampoule contains wheat germ extracts from bread wheat, which are especially in high vitamin E. This is excellent for protecting the skin against the harmful effects of free radicals. These free radicals, which break down oxygen, damage our skin cells and accelerate skin aging. Water-soluble elastin is said to stimulate the formation of new elastin fibers in the skin, and together with Vitamin B5 is excellent to improve moisture retention. Aloe Vera is an ancient healing plant. Its juice, when applied to the skin, helps alleviate redness and irritations of the skin, and is therefore especially suitable for sensitive skin.

Rebuilding Ampoule – with highly concentrated active ingredients.

This contains the same valuable ingredients as ampoule No. 2, plus hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acids are large, moisture-binding molecules that occur naturally in human connective tissue. A lack of hyaluronic acid leads to a loss of elasticity in the skin and the onset of wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid forms a depository of moisture which the skin can draw from for many days. An air-permeable film forms that protects the corneal layer against drying out. Hyaluronic lends the skin a smooth and toned appearance.
